Dining in Venice

Venice can provide a great dining experience that everyone in the family can enjoy. From you guessed it, pizza, to many other italian cuisines, to american and foods of other national origin. Another thing you can expect is a great selection of wine. Many restaurants will have an outdoor dining section right on the square. These sections are a great way to truely absorb your surroundings and get away from the often crowded walk ways, but be prepared to pay a fee to sit in the outdoor section, and an additional fee if a band is playing. Another thing you may want to consider before deciding to dine outdoors, is the many pidgeons that enjoy being fed by tourists. As you can imagine, hungry pidgeons may not make great guests for dinner.
